A New Era for Australian Paintball Begins

The Paintball Sports Federation Australia (PSFA) is proud to announce a major milestone in the journey to unite, grow, and strengthen paintball across Australia.

After more than a decade of dedication, planning, consultation, and community involvement, PSFA has officially been registered as a company and has formally submitted its application to become Australia's recognised National Sports Organisation (NSO) for paintball.

This achievement represents the collective efforts of players, field owners, referees, event organisers, volunteers, and supporters from across the country who have worked towards a shared vision for the future of our sport.

The launch of the PSFA website marks another significant step forward, providing a central platform for members, clubs, venues, state representatives, and the wider paintball community to connect, collaborate, and participate in the continued development of the wider sport.

To support this next chapter, PSFA has established a new Board of Directors consisting of six directors who bring a diverse range of experience, knowledge, and passion for paintball and community sport.

Leading the operational direction of the organisation is Brian, who has accepted the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Head of Operations. Brian is widely respected throughout the paintball community for his extensive knowledge, commitment to the sport, and long-standing contribution to players and former Australian Paintabll Association (APA) and venues across Australia.

Supporting the organisation's communications and public engagement is River, who will lead media, marketing, and community engagement initiatives as PSFA continues to expand its national presence.

Katrina has been appointed Company Secretary and will play a key role in ensuring strong governance, transparency, and organisational compliance as the federation grows.

While this milestone is significant, it is only the beginning.

PSFA has been established with a clear mission: to unite the paintball community, support participation at all levels both domestic and international, promote safe and professional competition, and create sustainable pathways for the future growth of the sport throughout Australia.

Over the coming months, members can expect announcements regarding memberships, national rankings, sanctioned events, governance initiatives, state representation opportunities, and community development programs.

To every player, venue, referee, volunteer, supporter, and advocate who has contributed to this journey, thank you. Together we are building a stronger future for Australian paintball.
